EMSI has developed over 25 ICS job aids for use by IMT personnel.  The idea for job aids was first suggested by EMSI instructors who noted that they wanted students to leave position-specific training with a practical job aid to assist them in executing their job responsibilities.  In 2007, EMSI developed the first of our flagship job aids: Operations Section Chief and Planning Section Chief.  EMSI ICS instructors and practitioners continued to develop job aids and today we publish job aids for all Command & General Staff positions including Incident Commander; nearly all Unit Leader positions including Environmental, Supply, and Documentation; various Operations Section positions including Staging Area Manager, Division/Group Supervisor, and Air Operations; and job aids and guide books for Area Command, Initial Response, the Joint Information Center, and the NIMS Intelligence/Investigation function.  EMSI job aids are available in digital formats and are sold exclusively through IMT Gear.
