Course overview
ICS-348 prepares emergency management and response personnel for the role of Resources Unit Leader (RESL) during incident operations. The course focuses on tracking incident resources, maintaining status displays, supporting the Operational Planning Cycle, and managing check-in and documentation processes within the Planning Section. Participants develop the knowledge and skills required to maintain accurate resource information that supports effective incident coordination and decision-making.
