Currently serving as Operations Coordinator with EMSI, Ashleigh joined our company in 2025, bringing over 16 years of business operations experience to our team. A seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing high-volume strategic initiatives and operations, she brings strong expertise in business, management, operations, and data functions. She thrives in dynamic environments, leveraging an Agile mindset to drive innovative and disruptive solutions that enhance bottom-line performance and help EMSI maintain competitiveness in rapidly changing markets.

Prior to joining EMSI, Ashleigh served in various leadership roles within Walmart and as an Artificial Intelligence Prompt Engineer with Meta. As a Department Manager, a zone Manager, and an Assistant Store Manager, her organizational and operational skills were evident as she managed inventories and personnel, developed and enforced policies and procedures, and conducted analyses of business operations to increase productivity and effectiveness while reducing redundancies. This field-level business experience brings new perspective to our growing staff and client base.

With a proven track record in project and program management, Ashleigh excels in customer relationship management, analytics, and continuous process improvement. As the Operations Coordinator, Ashleigh serves as the primary point of contact for our 100+ instructor cadre, responsible for coordinating and deconflicting cadre assignments for various courses, workshops, exercises, and consulting events worldwide.

Her skills in setting metrics for improvement, Agile thinking, training and mentoring, while leading changes during times of disruption are complemented by strong decision-making abilities and critical and creative problem-solving skills. In her current role, Ashleigh serves our international client base to ensure their readiness, as well as supporting many of the elements of an event’s lifecycle, to include ordering all necessary course materials and maintaining a historical and current record of students by activity. She is also responsible for compiling all activity evaluations from courses, workshops, and exercises into succinct reports for our clients that enable them to identify opportunities for improvement during future responses and evaluating the return on their investments with EMSI.

As part of EMSI’s business marketing team, Ashleigh’s Meta experience will significantly expand our electronic reach and enable EMSI to continue its evolution in support of responders. As a lead for EMSI’s e-commerce site IMTGear.com, she will manage the field tested and battle approved goods and training that are offered for responders worldwide.
