
Hollie Soutter brings a diverse background in military service, federal program administration, customer service, and team leadership to EMSI’s Operations Division. In her role, she supports the coordination of courses, operational calendars, training materials, staff meetings, and other activities that help ensure the successful delivery of EMSI’s programs and services.
Before joining EMSI, Hollie served with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ National Cemetery Administration, where she held progressively responsible positions in program support and administration. Her experience included coordinating services for veterans’ families, managing records, processing purchases and invoices, supporting contract oversight, maintaining employee time and leave records, and helping customers navigate federal requirements and procedures. She has also gained leadership and supervisory experience in the private sector.
Hollie previously served as a Military Justice Paralegal in the U.S. Air Force, supporting courts-martial, administrative actions, legal assistance, and senior command leadership. During her service, she earned the Air Force Commendation Medal, the Air Force Achievement Medal, and the Thomas Castleman Award, recognizing her as the top Paralegal Airman of the Year. Her attention to detail, commitment to service, and ability to coordinate complex administrative responsibilities make her a valuable addition to the EMSI team.
