All-Hazards Incident Leadership introduces incident management personnel to leadership principles that strengthen effectiveness within the Incident Command System environment. The course focuses on command presence, communication, leader’s intent, team climate, and span of control while reinforcing leadership practices that support coordinated incident operations across all hazard types.

  • Incident Management Team personnel supporting incident operations. Supervisors and responders working within ICS environments.
