Course Overview
EMSI’s Organizational Leadership course is our version of the NWCG L-480 course. Intended for Type 2 Incident Management Team personnel, this course builds upon the EMSI Incident Leadership course and covers topics related to strategic direction and organizational leadership to develop personal leadership skills and increase organizational effectiveness and during increasingly complex incident management operations.
