Focusing on the roles and responsibilities of the Division/Group Supervisor (DIVS) for all-hazards responses, ICS-339 is designed to enhance and exercise how the supervisor carries out their duties in the all-hazard response environment of a Type 3 incident. This course is an instructor-led training that supports learning through discussion, lecture, and active participation in multiple exercises that provides a realistic, hands-on approach to mastering the skills required of a DIVS.

- Roles and responsibilities in support of operations
- Working with other entities within the IMT such as Finance and Logistics
- Conducting a safe and secure operation
- Providing feedback on effective of ongoing operations
- Providing recommendations on future operations
- Supervising assigned resources
- Evaluating performance of assigned resources
