Developing Incident Leaders

Course Overview

EMSI’s Developing Incident Leaders course is our version of the NWCG L-280 course.  It is an introductory course to incident leadership preparing responders to step in incident management and incident leadership roles.  Subject areas include leadership values and principles, transition challenges for new leaders, situational leadership, teambuilding, and ethical decision-making.

Target Audience
