Providing functional training on the roles and responsibilities of the Demobilization Unit Leader (DMOB), ICS-347 introduces a cradle-to-grave resource tracking process, where students will learn and exercise techniques on how to successfully demobilize resources assigned to an incident. This course is an instructor-led training that supports learning through discussion, lecture, and active participation in multiple exercises that provides a realistic, hands-on approach to mastering the skills required of a DMOB.
